Question: I'm not sure how it go there or what it is but i know for one thing that I want it gone

its a hemorroid. they are usually caused by pushing too hard to have a bowel movement. is it painful when u have a bowel movement? if so, then i believe u have a hemorroid. get checked out by a doctor. in the meantime, if u are experiencing pain, try some preporation-H
it mite be a mongolian spot
which looks like a bruise but its actually a birthmark
but if the lumpy pops out then u mite have an infection of some sort or an allergic reaction

Sounds like a boil or an ingrown hair. If they reoccur get a coarse bath scrub pad and scrub with anti-bacterial soap twice daily.
perhaps you have hemorrhoids ...have you been straining to poop?
