If it's a known brand it might be worth checking out the manufacturer website for any sort of allergic reactions, or any health warnings. It's possible that this is a known issue and you may have missed a mass recall for that specific bluetooth device.
If this doesn't help it might be worth seeking professional advice, maybe from your doctor, about what is causing the reaction, and to purchase another bluetooth device that does not agitate the problem further.
But I would suggest getting rid of it, since it's only causing you problems.

Yes!

Yes every one may have problems with BT if the data transfered by it has HST

Cheap, nasty headphones do this too. Poor quality materials combined with an un-ergonomic shape irritate the skin in the ear. Just cause it's expensive don't mean it's good!

No

If you can prove it is the bluetooth devices not some soap or other allergy, the two of you will make a fortune. The only people world-wide to suffer this affliction - and you're not even related. Amazing!!

You have ear lice...lol!!

i used to have these problems with my ipod because my ears are small and the headphones are too large for the size of my ear. it may just not fit right and be rubbing and that can cause the itching. try seeing if u can find a better fitting ear piece.

anything that blocks the flow of air and allows even a small amoount of moisture to lay against your skin, has the potential to cause an infection. these are usually fungal in nature. don't leave the thing on for long periods of time

i have the same device with no side effects...maybe you should return them for new ones
