Question: i noticed that i have a pimple on my right knee and iv been worrying if it was normal or no

It's not a pimple. There is infection in there. Try stearlizing a needle and poking a hole in it to see if it will drain (sqeeze lightly if needed.). If that doesn't help it start to clear in the next day or so, consider having it looked at by a doc.
