Question: Okay, i am anemic which means i dont have enouph iron in my body..and when people are anemic they need to eat meat..well they dont need too but thats the number one thing that will make them healthier. My problem is that i am anemic and i dont wanna eat meat because i dont really believe in eating meat(because eating animals is mean!)...so im basically becoming a vegitarian. what should i eat to become healthier?
PS- I hate iron supplements and vitaminss
