Stomach hurts?!
Question: my stomach has been hurting non stop for the past 30 mins and i went to the bathroom and its not diahrea. but i keep thinking im gonna be sick like stomach bug. is there any way to know if im sick or just some radnom stomach ache?

it could be something you ate didn't agree with your stomach.
just relax, and don't eat anything that will irritate it [ex dairy products]
if it doesn't go away visit your docror tomorrow or go to the ER.
What difference does it make? You treat the symptoms which is nausea which requires only clear liquids until it stops. Vomiting may come later - follow the same rule.
If not remedied with-in next 30 min I suggest you go to ER at local hospital.
