Check into auricular therapy, it is where they use a laser on your ear. I know it sounds weird, but my niece smoked 2 packs a day, then she had the therapy and quit on the spot. she has not smoked for over a year.

i never smoked b4 but you can use the niccitine gum i heard it works really good

u can't do it alone so get help!! from someone that is a nonsmoker.

Chew alot of gum, and try chantix.

I am not a smoker but I am a doctor....it is a great idea...you need to sit down and write down why you want to do so...this gives you motivation..write down what kind of things you can do instead of smoking when you crave for it...write down in what situations you like to smoke and try to avoid them...just make a proper plan...if you can follow the plan for just 30 days you are a hero

I used to smoke 10 cigs a day for 20 years. I stopped 8 years ago and haven't smoked one single cig since then.

1) Welbutrin helps so the beginning is not so hard.
2) Exercising is a good habit because it makes you want to feel free of smoke so you can have all the oxygen possible to performs your favorite exercise with no problem
3) Eat well,
4) Don't go out with smokers, avoid your friend who smoke for a while, until you kick the habit for good.

i bought nicotine patches, and placed it on my neck. u coul try nicotine gum. this is just a start. use it for two weeks straight. then from there on, use it every other day for two more weeks.
then try for one week straight without using it or smoking. stay away from any one who will gat u stressed out. then if you feel the need to smoke. use it the next day after your week. then go for two weeks without smoking or using nicotine patches.
eventually you won't feel the need to smoke.

chantix it really works. also excersise helps alot because i had to stop smoking because of the baby and i couldnt take chantix i had to work out and keep myself busy like when you get in the car and want to lite one up chew on cinnimon sticks or sunflower seeds. but you will need lots of chapstick but thats what worked for me when i feel a craving i chew gum or something to keep me busy all my friends smoke my man smokes so its really hard but since i found out i was pregnant i worked slowly on quitting it was hard but i haven't had one since hope this helps

my mom had to just buy them & let people hide them so ure like mad cuz you KNOW THERE THERE but u cant find them lmfaoo
