well, it is really hard to decipher this question. but I think you are trying to ask if we hold our breath and our lungs are full of air, why would we die if our lungs are full of air.
the answer would be b/c we need fresh air. our cells use up oxygen at a high enough rate that we need to continue taking in fresh air and expelling carbon dioxide (breathing in and out) so our cells can keep getting oxygenated blood. if we just hold our breaths, eventually the air in our lungs would be all carbon dioxide, we would become acidotic, hypoxic, and we'd pass out. then we would take a breath. we wouldn't really die. just like when kids hold their breath and pass out b/c they are upset and throwing a tantrum. they usually pass out, then they wake up b/c the body automatically takes a breath.
