My teacher has diabetes?!
Question: today i guess she was running around getting things in order and the next thing i knew she was breathing in and our really fast and loud.And my other teacher got some water and a juice box.Later she was okay,but i would like to know how this happened.

Yepp has it exactly backwards. She was most likely running low on blood sugar, which is caused by too much insulin, not too little. That's why a box of juice got her back to normal - it raised her blood sugar.
This is just a simplified example of a pretty complex function. Basically if you are a diabetic - you either don't make enough insulin or you can't use the insulin that you do make.
Diabetics will take insulin to lower their blood sugar, and if they don't eat at regular times, their blood sugar can get too low. Exercise can also cause low blood sugar, like when your teacher was running around - the insulin in her body dropped the amount of glucose in her blood, and she experienced hypoglycemia.

Fish Story's answer is perfect. It has happened to me. I get very busy, very active, I lose track of time, forget to eat and my sugar goes into free-fall. I get shaky, have trouble seeing but so far no hyperventilation. I need 5 to 10 grams of easily absorbed carbohydrates. Juice works well, as does a couple of Hershey Kisses or the equivalent. My doctor wants me to stay above 80 but when I go into free-fall I have had readings in the low 40. A diabetic coma is the result if it falls too low.
