Face is red and burning because of acne?!

Question: I have been using Retin-A at nights and Benzoyl Peroxide wash and cream in the mornings to get rid of my stubborn pimples. By the end of the day before I put on the Retin-A, my skin is all red and burning and feels like a sunburn but isn't.

Is there anything I can do to help with this?? Something to calm the skin I think

Sounds like you are having an allergic reaction. Stop using all that stuff on your skin. See a doctor if the rash does not clear up. Switch over to a plant based organic product.
I started using Aubrey products after a major allergy reaction to an over the counter cream I had been using for years.

you're using too much meds on your skin. try something for sentive skin that also is for blemishes.

Stop using the harsh chemicals...switch to a mild soap for a while....see a Dermatologist....

Retin-A has to be put on sparingly and also reddening of the skin is normal when you use it. Make sure you're not allergic to any of the other products you put on your face too. Find out more from your doc about what else should be used while using Retin-a.

i used medicine for my face with benzoyl peroxide in it and that happened to me too. i would use one with out it. theres one with some thing with an s like sylacial acid. its good.
