Red Bumps ON Penis?!?!

Question: I am 16 years old, never had sex before. Last week i had this red bump on my testicals, it was kind of itchy, and when i squeezed it clear liquid came out, i was gonna go to the doctor, but it scabbed up the very next day, so i thought nothing of it. Then after another one showed up on another location of my testicals that did the same thing, and now another one showed up, this time on my penis! This is really freaking me out! somebody help.

you've never had sex. ok. have you had any other form of intimate behavior? oral sex? since you squeezed it and clear liquid came out it is not a genital wart since those cannot be popped. do you shave down there? if you do, it very well may be razor burn. those typically take a day or so to pop up, and more will pop up over time. where did it pop up on your penis? if its near the base around where you shave you may have nicked it by accident, if it was by the tip then that wouldn't be razor burn since i'm sure you aren't shaving in that area. the best thing would be to go to a doctor and have it diagnosed. but from what you're saying, it sounds like either 1. razor burn or 2. ingrown hair follicles which create red inflammed/infected bumps.
