Is 125 over 64 good reading for blood pressure?!

Question: I am retired.

Answers: I am retired.

That's absolutely fine. Sounds like you are in tip top condition :-)

Great, no worries in that area for you!!

Very good. No need to worry.

yes sounds good keep it up as iam on two lots of blood preasure tablets

No, it is not good, it is excellent :D
Whatever you are doing, keep it up.

the right reading is 120/80, your lower reading is low.

it is a great reading anything over 130 is considered high

This is a very good blood pressure. American Heart Association new guidelines now state that optimal blood pressure should be BELOW 120/80 but your reading is considered normal.

That is a great blood pressure. Your systolic blood pressure of 124 is good. What is even better is the fact that your diastolic blood pressure is 64 mmHg. That means that when your heart is relaxed, the amount of pressure required to keep blood moving through your circulatory system is low. It's fantastic. Whatever you're doing, keep doing it! Your heart will thank you for it!

Sound pretty good for a person of retirement age...just don't let those numbers get to far apart. That could be a sign of impending heart problems too.

Average BP is a range of 90-150 Systolic (top #) and 60-90 diastolic (bottom #)

That is a very good BP. It's pretty normal! Awesome!
