Burn cream?!

Question: I had a "little accident" last week involving hot fat, which has left me with second degree burns to my full right forearm & hand.
The dressings will be coming off shortly after Christmas and I'm looking for some feedback on the best creams/moisturisers to use.
Obviously the clinic will give me some advice; I'd also like to hear what others have had the best results with.
I currently have Epaderm as I suffer the odd bout of eczema, but is there anything else you guys can reccommend?
