Acne question?!

Question: Lets see here.. I am 16 (well, about to turn 16), And I d have hair/skin on the oily side. I do wash my face twie a day with a fragrence-free cleanser from Neutrogena, and wash my hair daily with Pureology, from my Stylist.

Within the past week or so, my skin has popped up with several pimples. There is one on the side of my face, between my cheek and ear, two on my forehead, and an angry one forming on my nostril's underside.

I am having a party for my b-day on sunday, and I dont want these little "friends" on my face. Is there anythng I can be doing to stifle these, or bring them to heads quickly?

and I do have those Boir'e pore cleansers... the strips that you peel off, if that helps.

Try this simple remedy. Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the acne like soap. The secret of keeping the skin clear is to keep it oil-free and clean. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.

Go to your dermatologist and ask for Tazorac. Apply it twice/day and it dries out your skin real fast.

Sometimes you have to be careful what you put on your face because if you dry your skin out to much that can also cause pimples. The best thing that i have ever been recommended from a doctor is called Cetaphil. You buy it from the chemist and its excellent. It is fragrance free and the most gentlest thing you can put on the skin. It has a great ph balance. You can use the cleanser on your face without applyin a moisturiser which is good if you tend to be on the oily side. Its that good that technically you dont even have to wash it off. I still do though. Try it and let me know if it worked for you. Costs around $11.95 a bottle and lasts a long time
