Really it depends on what your temperature is, if you have a fever, I dont suggest going to school at all. But if you must go to school, its not a virus, so no one would be-able to catch it!
A sinus infection is a response by your body to some kind of infective agent. (like a virus) Other people may get a throat infection or bronchitis from the same thing. So, whatever you caught is probably infectious but the fact that YOU have a sinus infection doesn't mean someone else will get one too.
