Do you ever pop your zits with a needle?!

Yes, carefully with a sterilized needle ,preferably with a new one out of the package. And for good measure I swab the site with an antiseptic to curb further infection.
It will spread the bacteria to other places. And may cause scaring
Yes it will make the scar even uglier and deeper.. Wash your face and leave your fingers off of it..
I typically will use a really blazing hot washcloth to help draw all the nastiness to the surface of the skin where I can properly deal with it. I don't find it necessary to pop zits with a needle because all the moisture is taken care of by the heat drawing it up. Some people I know put toothpaste on their zits overnight - works for them!
