How is paxil cr differentfrom the regular one?!

Question: i have fibromyalgia and have taken paxil for 15years.i am wondering if cr might be usefull.myperiods are very difficult.

I believe that the CR is "controlled release" and may release the strength over a longer period of time. It's also enteric-coated as opposed to the film-coated on the regular one. As always, it's best to check with your doc. Best of everything to you. Fibromyalgia is such a painful condition.

It is controlled release. One tablet releases medication for 12 hours.
