Yes, I do have it. At first it was pretty bad--but knowing what I can and cannot eat--I don't mind it so much now. Yes--somethings I really want--but that is life. Good luck to you
I'm lactose intolerant too and most people are. I hate is as well because sometimes ti feels like i grew into it because when iw as little i could drink milk but now i cannot. But i can still have dairy products in small amounts
I'm lactose.. but it's not that bad, because I can eat ice cream (just not too much) and be fine. But when i drink milk.. my tummy is so0o0o0o0o sore.. LoL
