That depends on a lot of things..Are you overweight, do you get enough exercise, etc. It is possible.

Of course it is.
I'm 18 years old, female, diagnosed with Raynaud's Syndrome.
It is most common in younger women, but anyone can get it.
It is sort of rare, but not totally.
There is no cure, and they don't know exactly how you get it.
There is a treatment for severe cases.

This is a normal reaction to the extremely cold weather.Unless, you're a smoker for a long time. You might suffer from peripheral vascular diseases caused by nicotine deposits...i.e. clogging up the capillaries of your extremities. Aside from cold hand or feet, you might suffer from degrees of pain, numbness and bluish discoloration whenever your exposed to the cold. If your concerned, seek medical consult. They will send you for a vascular studies. Good Luck!

Ginger helps with circulation. Try ginger tea, or use a soap with ginger essential oil.

If you have poor circulation, especially in your extremities, this is definitely a sign of nutrient deficiencies.

The thyroid gland is most suspect here. If your thyroid gland is not producing well, you will experience the conditions of a low hormone output and you will definitely feel cold because your body is just not metabolizing well. I suggest you look at getting some supplements that will help your circulation and then changing your diet, as well as, test your thyroid to see if it is functioning as it is supposed too. The cells in the body could also be not converting the T3 to T4 efficiently as well.

First, I would do a simple iodine test to see if you are deficient in this mineral. This will slow your thyroid down considerably if you are deficient in this. Take a bottle of "tincture of iodine" and smear a patch 2" x 3" on your forearm of the iodine. Note the time of day. Check to see how fast it disappears. If you are where it should be, you will see the iodine smear after 24 hours. If it goes away in a few hours, you are severely deficient in iodine and this will have a big impact on your body.

Fluoride is antagonistic to iodine and you will become deficient in iodine if you drink fluoridated water, brush with a fluoride toothpaste, and bathe in tap water that is fluoridated. Also, if you drink any sodas, these all contain lots of fluoride.

If you find you are deficient in iodine, it will take several months to build up the iodine level in the body to the perfect state. You don't want to do it quickly, either.

If you find you are deficient in iodine, I suggest you go to: www.healthline.cc (not .com) and order the:

Xeno Detox --- This contains lots of iodine and you should take 4 capsules in the a.m. and 4 in the p.m. each day. Check the iodine levels about once every two weeks to see where you are with this.

Circuzyme --- This is a combination of many herbs that will strengthen your veins and improve your circulation greatly. Take about 6 to 8 of these per day.

Stay completely away from ALL soy, except the fermented soy (soy sauce and miso) like the Japanese people eat.

good luck to you

idk about poor circulation but im always cold.
