Increase collagen, heal acne scars?!

Question: What are the best products out there which contain (separately) :
- FGF (fibroblast growth factors)
- TGF-beta (transformation growth factors-beta)
- ample, fresh, bio-available, and active supply of vitamin C.
- Peptides
- Retinol
- Hyaluronic Acid
????????????????

And I have some deep acne scars (red marks type),
if any of your experienced that, how long did it take for YOUR scar to heal?

I just want to know the products and how long, I already know about the clinical treatments.
Thanks.

ok i don't know the answer to the 1st question, iono products.

But if you want fast results, try dermaroller!
I really truly completely reccommend it lol you can see results in about a month, your skin texture will even out.
The redness will dissappear by itself in time.

And if you wanna increase collagen, I know some food that'll help for e.g. pork skin (gross, but very true), shark collagen, fish, and pearl powder

I hope I helped at all :)

I remember hearing about collagen in college being way too big a molecule to pass through the skin to heal ANYTHING. The best bet is Mederma. I have heard that coco butter can smooth marks and scars as well.

If the scars are really deep, then there isn't much that can be done with over the counter solutions. Think of an acne scar as a wrinkle. A chemical will only remove the thinest upper layer. You need to fill in the space left by the scar. A surgeon would treat the acne scar in the same way he/she treats wrinkles. Be careful when you try chemical solutions on your face. They might cause you to get more acne. It could make the situation worse.
