Unfortunately, for some people (like you), -Yes. So take care of yourself. That can be VERY uncomfortable... (By the way; have you ever considerd wearing Glasses to Protect your eyes from the Cold? Even if you didn't Need them for your Vision, you might want to try wearing plain glass -glasses; & see if they help you eyes in the Cold... It's just an Idea...).

Yes it is somehow, but ony for certain ppl, about only 1/8 of the populations have this sinus

Especially if you were walking against very strong Winter winds, like in NYC.
