Anxiety or real illness?!

Question: I got sick at work about 7 months ago with nausea. I threw up and have had nausea ever since. I had all stomach test done and all was good. They said it was due to depression and anxiety. Now I have headaches everyday. I wake up like Iam hungover, but do not drink. I also feel off blance sometimes and still have slight nausea, that is worse in the moring. My vision seems ok, but sometimes seems kinda foggy. The headaches are usally on the right side of my head, but sometime in the back or the left side. Now I am scard and think I have a tumor or a brain problem. 2 differnt docs told me it is due to anxiety and want me on meds. Could it be all anxiety or should I keep going back. I have had anxiety for a while, but it never caused phsyicall problems like this before. I always feel like crap and worring. What should I do. Anyone who has experiance thsi plez help and antone who had a tumor or has had how did you feel?

i wandered in to this site thinkrightnow.com
hope u have as much success as i did.

Get another opinion, because that's what they are- opinions. Talk to more doctors!

You need to see a therapist sweetie. Try calming down, take a few days of work. Take some time to yourself to go on vacation or whatever, If that doesn't help, you should se a doctor.

I doubt you have a tumor. If multiple doctors have diagnosed anxiety, why aren't you believing them? Anxiety can cause all those things. I have anxiety issues, and I can often get nauseas or get headaches when I am stressing out over something.

it could be migraine headaches, i have the same thing and got diagnosed medication really helped me

see a nuerologistt, your problem maybe nuerlogical. good luck
and get well.

dude why are u telling us ur problems but i recomend get a lot of sleep or go suicide

I had an experience like this. It's all due to anxiety I promise you. My doctor put me on Lexapro & now i dont have any problems with it anymore! Good luck! =)

Visit more doctors! And the sooner the better.

obviously something is causing you discomfort ... have you taken a good look at what may be the trigger to this new issue in your life? What may happen is that after you do a little soul searching that it goes away altogether or you may get a clear answer that you do need to seek a doctors help!
Behind everything is a lesson. Try to relax and take a good look and see what may have brought this about...... This is what I would do but I am not a doctor so use your own judgement and be safe. - Take Care

To me it sounds more like a sinus problem than an anxiety problem. I'm sure you do have some mild anxiety, but when you can't breath properly and your sinuses are always plugged, its very depressing. Don't waste your time or money on neurologists. I would get your iron levels checked though. Mine was low and it caused both dizziness and anxiety. The fact that you feel worse in the morning is a big clue that it is your sinuses. Take care of your mild anxiety with Lexapro and get some steroid nasal spray like Flonase for your nose.
