Does anyone know a quick cure for a very congested nose?!

I have the same problems sometimes... what I do is I blow my nose, first off. Then if you tilt your head back, it clears it up a little bit. Hope this helps!

Go to the Dollar General Store. They have the best nose spray in the world. It only costs about a buck. And the stuff lasts 12 hours. I swear by it. My husband swears by it. We moved from Texas (dirt country) to Virginia(water country) So we went from breathing dirt to breathing water. We both had a very hard time with our noses. Trust me. Dollar Store brand 12 hour nose spray. It works!
