Get to the doctor and stop wasting time on the computer. When you bleed from areas not known to bleed don't waste time.
I would definitely see a doctor about that. If you've been having severe abdominal pain, you could have passed a kidney stone, which could be leading to the residual blood. You might have had some trauma to your urethra that might have resulted in a small cut. As I said before, go see a doctor. Blood coming from somewhere it should not is never a good thing. Best to rule out any infection or abnormality before it becomes a problem.
One possibility is prostate cancer. There are other possibilities. Get yourself to a doctor at once!
No disease does that. What you have is a ruptured blood vessel in the penis. Probably from having extremely rough sex. Watch it for a few days and it should subside. If it does not then you need to see your family doctor.
