No. It was an honest mistake and it probably never occured to her that you are diabetic. We don't wear identifying labels.
What you can do in the future (I do this all the time) is carry some urine glucose test strips with you. If you are not sure whether you got diet or regular, quickly dip the test strip into the drink and the strip will show if glucose is present. A lot of other diabetics do this. If you do get the regular, ask your waiter/waitress for a diet. Using the urine test strips is easier and quicker than using your meter and you won't risk damaging the meter either. You can get them at any drug store.
One last point...to many people who don't understand diabetes, to them it is just a word. They have no idea what diabetes involves.
Don't worry about it...it's going to happen again...I promise you that. Just carry the test strips and use them as you need to. Don't make a big deal out of it. If you get the wrong drink, just ask for what you do want.

The rest of the planet is not in charge of monitoring your disabilty - you are. Does diabetes make someone judgemental and unforgiving of human error? If so, I'll make sure that I never hire anyone with diabetes. Get over yourself, eh? Merry Christmas.
I know how frustrating that is. It's happened to me many times and usually they're really really sorry and replace it with a new one of course. Some people don't care and that's all there is to it and there's not much you can do about it sometimes, I'm afraid.
Simply say politely, "I ordered diet, not regular. Please replace this." Don't drink it, don't pay for it until she exchanges it for diet.

over a simple mistake? no. everyone has an off day. besides, you can tell the difference between regular coke and diet coke with one sip, so it's highly unlikely that it could cause you trouble.
everyone makes mistakes. when i was a waitress, i mistakenly served a soup containing pork sausage to a muslim family. they were very gracious and asked me to bring them the other soup of the day. they could have complained and had me fired, but they treated me with kindness. as a result, i gave them my best.
having a fit and getting the woman fired will put her in a bind. how would that make you feel?
Just insist on another proper diet coke and if she does not comply, ask for the manager.
Hey,ALWAYS check... get a drop of the coke and put it on your meter as if it was blood.... if it is Normal Coke it will show HI if it is Diet it will show LO.... TOO EASY. Never presume always know....
It has caught me out too... except I ended up rather messy...after a SUPERSIZED normal coke....
Again....ALWAYS TEST IT
