theres a thing called ryanaud's syndrome which leads to bad circulation in your extremities during cold weather or exercise and one in seven women have it. it sounds like thats what you might have but honestly, im not sure. do some research on the internet and if it continues, you really should call your doctor. good luck and feel better!

It sounds like Poor Blood Circulation, check out web md if you get a chance
see a doctor...maybe your allergic to something
go to a doctor cause it seems like you have really bad circulation that could mean damage to your arms and body

It is not Raynaud's, your hands would be white, ie no blood circulation for some time.
If this has been slow in coming, and started in your finger tips...and you may have this in your feet too (starting with toes) this could be a more advanced progression of diabetes.
In any event, you need to go to the Dr.
If this JUST started happend all-of-a-sudden, you need to go to the ER...NOW.
