Do bra manufacturers offer support to breast cancer victims?!
Question: Hope this isn't the pun it appears to be.
Otherwise I'm not sure what kind of support you mean? There are companies that exist to sell underwear and swimwear appropriate for women who have had mastectomies - Nichola Jane for example. Some retailers who sell bras, eg Marks & Spencer, sell a limited range of pocketed mastectomy bras - a prosthesis fits into the pocket.
In Britain you don't have to pay VAT on bras if you've had a mastectomy, but that's nothing go do with the retailers or manufacturers.
And of course some manufacturers make pink fluffy bras a penny or two of whose profits go to a breast cancer charity - some support.
