I havent heard of this but If it only happens when you go down on him then something isnt right
Maybe its something as simple as an allergy to his semen or something like that

sometimes when people get tested the doctors dont test for everything. Some stds can go undetected for a long time. herpes is one that doesnt show up much. i kno u said u got tested but id go back and get tested for EVERYTHING that can be an STD
