Well I was getting sick a few days ago and my son's respite worker suggested that I drink lots of Tea made with Garlic and Lemon. I took her advice and a day or so later I was feeling healthy again.
High doses of Vitamin C are very helpful too, since it is a very powerful antioxidant.

take some vitamin C, eat an orange, avoid the cold weather.
