I think my sister has the flu?!

How old is your sister? With a temperature of 103, it sounds like something else could be going on. If you know that it is only the flu or another virus type sickness, she should have plenty of vitamin C, water and stay warm and cozy.
Typically it lasts 3-5 days for the rough symptoms, but can last longer, or even only affect some people for 24 hours.
