honestly, stop eating all the crap! nausea nad vomitting are basically the same and is one symptom. so lets see how this plays out....

You eat nothing but the garbage you listed, body cant take that kind of load from sugar. Yes breads are considered high sugar because they turn into just that once the body breaks it down. So then next you feel nauseated then vomit. You become weak from the dehydration that the vomitting and diarrhea cause.

Best advice is to stop all the sugars, drink some CLEAR Gatorade (5% sugars compared to 13%+ in soda) for a couple days maybe take some meclizine for the nausea if needed.

prolly another 2 or 3 days

3 - 5 days

1 to 3 days, and maybe up to 10 days

1 week

3- 4 days . avoid popcorn

OMG it's Ecoli your gonna die

I had it last week. Vomited the first night, then no appetite & nauseous for about 5-7 days.

1-2 weeks

I had the same virus about a month ago.

well your suffering from "im hungry, i think ill eat a 2020 calorie filled soda and eat more fatass meals" disease
its something that makes you crave fatass foods
lay off the fatass foods and eat something good!

Some stomach virases can last over a month but most stomach virases will last for about a week or a week and a half. I hope you feel better. I reccomend you eat but not anything spicy or old. You will get through it!!

Right. So you need to use some common sense here.

The most common stomach viruses last 1-2 days. You should avoid food until you haven't had vomiting/diarrhea for 4-6 hours. You should have only water or clear liquids (plain tea, vegetable/chicken broth, sports drinks) by sipping them, not gulping. No soda. Period.

When you haven't had diarrhea/vomiting for 6 hours, you can try a BRAT diet: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. You can start an anti-diarrhea OTC medicine at that point too.

Whether it's the holidays or not, why would you eat that kind of junk anyway? You are what you eat.

A stomach virus can last days or a good week. First of all, you are eating all the wrong foods. Junk food is NOT what you should be eating. If you are having a lot of "diarrhea" then you need to be on what is called the BRAT diet. That junk food causes more diarrhea.

B= Banana
R= Cooked white rice
A=Applesauce
T= Dry toast

If the diarrhea comes & goes, stick to a diet of clear liquids/no soda:

(1)Chicken soup broth

(2)Jello or jello water (that's when you make the jello but don't refrigerate it. Store it in a plastic bottle)

(3)Ginger Ale served at room temp

(4)Sip water that is also room temp

(5)Warm tea, & no sugar added

Stay on these foods/drinks & you will at least be able to keep your strength up somewhat, because you'll be getting some nutrition

If the diarrhea persists even when eating the above mentioned foods/liquids, have someone get you some Immodium AD....it WILL stop the diarrhea. Stay on the BRAT until the diarrhea is gone, then switch to the broths, etc. Keep your hands washed often, & rest!!!!!! Feel better soon. :)
