What causes blood shot eyes and I haven't been drinking alcohol but I am ver!
Question: Lack of sleep, infection, general stress and rubbing your eyes all can cause you to have red eyes.
Wash them with cold water this should help a little and get plenty of rest.

being tired or stress willcause it - or an allergy
I have anemia and have the same problem alot.

GO TO SLEEP EINSTEIN
Most ikely it is because your tired.
If an infection you would have other symptoms.
anger
sitting upside down
hot water
stress
a punch
a poke
constipation
Lack of sleep
infection
smoking weed :P
"but I am very tired" - That can be the cause of blood shot eyes.
So get off the screen and get some rest :-)
