Answers: Yes i want to know tell me in details.

It could be your diet. You should drink 8 small glasses of water per day. You can, however, recieve the recommended amount of water from other drinks such as ribena, milk or even soft drinks such as coke or sprite.

If you are finding that you need to urinate more than usual it could be a sign of diabetes. Luckily this disease can be regulated these days. I would suggest you attend your GP or public health nurse as soon as possible.

Are you drinking lots of sea water? That may make you a touch thirsty.

If you find yourself needing the toilet a lot at night too it could be a sign of diabetes.

You mean... in winter??

The vapour-y thingys (I forget the word HAHA) in the air are drying up... I can't remember the whole thing but it's something like that.. so just drink water and use moisturizers so your skin doesn't suffer. :P

Failure to drink is a common cause of being thirsty. What have we learnt therfore? DRINK

Lots of reasons like diet. Eating a lot of ham or salty foods, certain medications can make you want to drink a lot of water. Most important of all is "Diabetes". If you have never been tested for this disease please go to your MD and have one taken. Thirst is a big marker for diabetes. If you are doing more exercising than before, sweating (loosing moisture) then you need to replace it by drinking more.

I have the same problem. My doctor says It is a side effect of the methadone I take for pain.

No doubt, Its diabetes

Your body could be telling you, you are dehydrated. When you feel this way you should drink water rather than other drinks.

Hey hogun, it depends if you feel light headed and sick to your stomach it could be something serious, see a doctor, but if not than maybe your just thirsty, whatever you do drink lots of water!

you could be thirsty for love, knowledge, excitement etc. if it's water you're craving, it could be medical, weather, too much alcohol, physical exertion, best to check it out with a doctor

I have a growing thirst also, but my thirst is for knowledge and the water of life, this is a harder thirst to quench.
my advise is 'Drink the well dry'
