Secondhand smoke??!

Question: ok well i was at this house for 4 hours and and they smoke inside the house and it smelled reallly bad and they did smoke near me i was at this house only once do u think something bad maight happed?? like u know smoke stays inside me or so?? plz answer truly

not at all, second hand smoke damage would have to be over many years of heavy exposure ,so your being paranoid
