How to prevent acne witha diet or soemthing?!


Question: Kay , i want to know a way to prevent acne , boils, zits,pimples ect.
but i dont want top put on lotions or anything i was woundering if i could just maybe start to eat healthier that way i wouldent get like those disgusting anoying zits?

i think thats what i should do ,becasue i want a good and healthy body and FACE

and ive have like 3 small pimples in my chin , they were pretty much dry they didnt hurt or anything ive been waiting for them to go away for like 2 months now and they are still htere and today when i woke up one of the pimples hurts LIKE HELLLL why is taht

You can't completely prevent acne with food its hormonal but you can help. Its the most obvious things you can do also. Fruit, vegetables and most importantly A LOT of water. Keep away from deep fried anything.

Your acne is mild so medication is not necessary but you can throw in an acne cleanser every night before bed just to keep your pores cleaner.

i realised that the more frequently i masturbated , the more pimples i got. so controlled masturbation. i masturbate once or twice in a week

secondly i started drinking heaps of water. it helped

thirdly i took steam every 3-4 days. did wonders with keeping skin clean

fourthly, i stopped touching my skin and pimples again and again. i could see the diff.

fifthly, donot go for expencive creams and treatment. they are bull ****

hi as you mentioned pimples are there for 2 months its bit long dear so you may need to consult a dermatologist (a skin specialist).dont try to squeeze or pinch them jus keep them clean and dry.

The secret is to drink allot of water, and eat lot's of fresh fruit and veggies daily. Cleanse your skin daily with a gentle face wash before bed. And don't over do scrubbing your face. Exfoliate like once a week depending on the real needs of your skin.

Whatever your skin type you can make a special home made face mask using natural ingredients that won't harm your skin. Like avocados, orange mash, potato peels, honey and milk mixed into a paste, etc.

I have a combination skin with an oily T zone and I used to and still do, eat fresh fruit and veggies. I've had just a few white heads creep in sometimes but no acne.
