Like the first answerer said... before I learned I was diabetic, I thought I was just getting old. The symptoms were very mild and came on gradually.
Those are good numbers. Keep an eye on them, though. If you begin to see a slow, upward trend, then a course of action is recommended.
There may be symptoms, but you might be attributing them to other conditions or just ignoring them. For instance, you might be extra tired or sleepy, but you think it's just because you haven't been sleeping well.
Most people don't have extreme symptoms when they learn they are diabetic. They might be a little tired, a little thirsty, they might urinate a bit more frequently, but nothing too alarming.
