Boiled water with a small amount of ribena

Jacobs crackers

Soup

No milk/dairy products. Nothing too 'tasty' unfortunately :(

If you are throwing up after you eat then avoid any big meals at a time, just little bland snacks to keep you going.

Get well soon!

toast with very little butter

Avoid anything hot and keep taking in liquids to avoid dehydration (if you have diahorrea or are vomiting).
Cereals may be an option.

Bland soups (as these are high in fluid content to keep you hydrated) such as chicken noodle.

If you felt that ill, you wouldn't be hungry.

no foods just clear liquids so your system can flush the infection out ...

first off only drink water and plenty of it. most dry foods should be ok - cereal, plain biscuits, unbuttered toast.

Dry toast, crackers, lots of clear liquids (water, tea, Kool-Aid - no soda-pop, and only small amounts of milk).

Good luck - I hope you feel better.

I was always learnt to feed a cold and starve a fever drink lots of fluids and you can have some scrambled egg on toast.

Whenever i feel really welly in the belly i eat rich tea biscuits :)Toast with a teeny bit of butter is okay too, and make sure you have orange juice because this has vitamin C in it.
When drinking liquids sip don't gulp, if you gulp then it makes you feel worse.

BRAT Diet.

Bananas
Rice
Apple Sauce
Toast

try dry toast

Generally it is best to avoid all food and all dairy products for 24-48 hours. Take plenty of clear fluids, but not pure fruit juices, and if you must eat stick to dry toast or dry biscuits.

Soup is my favourite. not too heavy. You still need the nourishment. Small amounts at a time though.
