What is it with some peoples nonconstructive answers! Gosh it can get a bit like a silly virtual playground! Sad people:-(

You will be fine. It is spread through skin to skin contact.

I would have to say your safe. I dont think you can get herpes that way.

i think you may be okay but i would never risk that again..

dumbest question ever!duh!

whatever, im sure you did

ewww... sorry girl,
u shud get tested just in case, but i dout it

You cannot catch genital herpes by sharing cups, towels or bath water, or from toilet seats. Even during an outbreak, it is only skin to skin contact with the parts of your partner's body - which have the sores - which you need to avoid. You can still cuddle, share a bed, or kiss.

The best way to do is to see a doctor, you know, to be sure 100%. It's the most secure way to know about your health.

I wish you all the best.

O yeah. My daughter got herpes. I took her to the Gyn. He confirmed it.... Then I asked should we use the same bar of soap? Well because it was asked in the presents of our daughter the Dr. was pretty nasty and acted like I had asked an in appropriate question.

No, herpes is spread via skin to skin contact, not via inanimate objects.
