OMFG i messed up my skin HELP?!
Question: Serious answers only please okay pkay so i had 60% TCA chemical peel it was all okay untill it peeled off i have this SUPER WHITE PACH!! omfg andd redness all over my cheek and chin i look so freaking creepy im italian with olive skin i cant go to doc i cant even go out!! ughh

I was going to suggest you to go to the same doctor who did this peel for you, but since you said you can't go to doctor I assumed you did it yourself, which was a very big mistake. You probably bought this peeling product on line, for which no one takes responsibility. 60% TCA is very strong and should be done ONLY in professional office!!!!!
Now, to fix your situation. Get tanning cream for face (use a very good brand since your skin is now very sensitive), and apply it to the white patch only. The pinkish color is normal after every strong peel, so it will go away - don't worry about it, just wear foundation to go out. The white patch will probably go away too, but it might take some time.
Next time get peels that are approved for home use - get them only in the pharmacy, dep stores or Sephora (or Ulta).
