My partner did. He quit using it by slowly reducing the times a day he would use it. He then went cold turkey. Turns out he has bad allergies and that is why he felt he had to use it all the time.
I would talk to your doctor if you are using constantly. There could be nasal passage issues, allergies, growths..etc.

That stuff is easier to get addicted to than people think.
The more you use it, the more you need it.
I was using it a lot at one time and then realized it wasn't doing any good so I quit.
I was stuffed up for a couple days.
Try using nasal saline for a while instead, it is just salt water and will moisten the sinuses.
My sister was hooked on Afrin when she was younger. She'd use it a dozen times a day. She just had to quit it and deal with the rebound stuffiness that occurred for a while.
try a product called "nasalcrom" it does not work the same way that regular nasal sprays do and it does not have the rebound effect. it works better the longer you use it.
and the longer you use it the LESS you need it.
