Question: I have it. I'm a sixty-three-year-old man. It has made my life miserable, but by the time I was fourteen I started being able to compensate to some degree. I'm now within the range of normal. I'm married with three kids, I'm a college graduate and an Army veteran. And I didn't have the advantages of modern treatment.
The word is going around that Floor Time works well.

I have Asperger's Syndrome, which is sometimes called High Functioning Autism. It is considered an autism spectrum disorder. So I guess I count!
I have a son with low-functioning autism and he is 10. So I'm not much help but, there are many support groups and websites online.
