I think you need to see a dermatologist. If both you and your friend have these spots but you don't know anybody else who does, it's possible (but unlikely) that you have contracted something from your friend.

However, tight jeans and tight shorts worn all the time can cause the hair on your legs to become ingrown. Sweating and dirt can cause these ingrown hairs to itch and become infected. The spot will swell because of the hair which, instead of growing out, is growing under your skin.

Try wearing looser shorts when you exercise and avoid really tight pants. Always shower after exercising but don't scrub those spots too hard, that will only aggravate them. Wash them with soap but gently. You might try applying a little Neosporin or some other antibacterial cream to them as well. And don't scratch them!

At 14 you may have to deal with some rather annoying skin conditions. That's just part of being 14. A dermatologist can help you with this. If you can't go to one, ask the school nurse to have a look. I suspect ingrown hairs. Again, just avoid those tight tight shorts and pants. As they spots get better, try some gentle exfoliation with a luffah or a rough wash cloth.

Sweat comes out of pores, not the other way around.
Possibly a mild dermatilogical condition- see a doctor or PA to find out more. You might even stop by and see the school nurse.

Sit down with your mom and dad tell them about this
problem it can be somthing serious. Its sounds like sweat
bumps your pores open up and release salt which causes
you to itch. You began scratching it than it turns into a rash
which turns into dark spots. I'm no doctor. Please tell mom
and dad ok good luck.
