Weird bump on my chin, not sure if its a pimple?!
Question: I just noticed it today, it's pretty big and red.. there is no head like a normal pimple and I tried squeezing it but nothing. For the last 10-20 minutes some weird liquid substance has been coming out of it and im wiping it away, what could this be? and any ways to fix it? I tried pimple stuff but the ooze coming out basically wipes it away

Use a hot compress on it (a washcloth, sponge, or anything that will allow you to apply moist heat to the area), and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, rinse it with warm water, blot off the excess water with a clean towel, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.
depens on how old u r. u might b hitting puborty. or it might just be a pimple.
get a wash rag good and hot put it on the red mark and keep doing that for a while if it does not turn white give it a day and try again
Sounds like either a pimple that is too big to come out of that pore OR an ingrown hair. You will have to let it fester (hot shower on your face would help soften the skin) to get to the bottom of it.
could be a cyst! i used to get them a lot before i went on the pill. you could go to your derm and see if thats what it is, and maybe they'll give you a prescription to take care of it. or it'll just go away on its own without medication after a few weeks have passed (if its a cyst!)

i've had something like that before... it's probably a sub-dermal pimple. proactiv makes a liquid that you can put on sub-dermal pimples to dry them up quick... if you don't have proactiv, try putting a clay mask just on the spot and leave it on overnight. it should dry it up and let it heal quicker. this is gross, but i usually squeeze mine until it all comes out... but you're not really supposed to do that because it could get infected. try the clay mask... oh and my grandmother used to tell me to use egg white as a mask. you could try that, too. just seperate the yolk and egg and whisk it well (until you see LOTS of bubbles). Smear it on and it'll get really dry and shiny. leave it on for about 15 minutes and rinse. hope this helps.
Could be a acne cyst. Even if you don't really have problems with acne, you can get a really nasty pimple that lays below the surface of the skin and takes forever to go away. The only thing that I can suggest is don't squeeze it again, let it be. The ooze that is coming out is just your body's way of trying to heal the darn thing. If you want, you could put some ice on it for short periods of time to help with the swelling and put benzyol peroxide acne meds on it twice a day. White toothpaste also helps (don't use gel). Put that on at night.
if it is clear you have nothing to worry about. if the substance is cloudy or yellow in color you have an infection. it could have been an infected hair follicle. put a tissue or something on it and get it to stop oozing and then leave it alone and see what it does for the next few days. if it gets worse see the doc. also you could steep a tea bag and put the tea bag on it for a few hours. the tea bag will draw out the infection.
