How do i get rid of?!

Question: on my lower back and on my butt i have little bump.. like heatrash but it wont go away.. i use lotion and powder nothing helps.. anyone have any ideas?

1. Olive oil (all natural and very moisturizing)
2. try over the counter skin cream?
3. anti-biotic ointment
