I dont know of any centers in Canada.

However, I can tell you that from what you have said your illness is mentally related. It is tied to depression and mental/verbal abuse.

You need psychological counseling and some anti depressants and possibly anti anxiety meds.

You can combat weight loss while trying to get better by eating healthy and exercising. Stay away from complex sugars and things like that. Try to go as organic as you can afford. Drink water only. Eat lots of veggies. Use fruits as dessert, rather than junk.

In my opinion walking and situps are the best exercises in the world. Healthy, low impact, but you get results the healthy way. You should also do some sort of upper body exercise, push ups, hand weights, or something like that.

There should be support groups. If not in your area, there are online, do a google search.

Get some help. Seriously. Don't just say you have a problem and expect to get over it. Get some help from a dietitian or something, you don't want to die just because you think you're fat.

Mdm,
Your problem lies somewhere else.
Better you consult a psychiatrist immediately.
Otherwise you will be wasting your time and life too.
