ask the boyfriend or mom to pull out the in grown hair with a pair of tweezers.

when you shave, the end of the hair is sliced at an angle. when the hair grows, it curls, anything in the way gets nailed. in this case, the hair grow back into your skin. because this us unnatural, the body tries to reject the hair without success, result its swollen and it pains

solution: use nair or don't shave.

You should have a doctor check it.

go to the doctor
it's probably normal....

DOCTOR

maybe ur shaving to tough there or maybe u cut it multiple times

Go see a Dermatologist to see exactly what kind of bump it is. IT may be very serious or may be nothing at all.

i would go to a doctor, because that cant be good.

could be a boil they are not dangerous though

I would go to a Dr.

we have glans under our arms. it could be something more serious.

if you have curly hair, it could be an ingrown hair and in that case i would use hot compress to open pores and try to scratch (gently) to make the hair come out.

Sounds like it could be an infected, ingrown hair. Try taking a hot shower, or holding a hot/wet washcloth on it. If you shave, make sure your razor is clean so you aren't introducing bacteria. If that doesn't help in a day or so, definitely see a doctor.

Go see your doctor! She/He can send you to a dermatologist if he/she does not know. It is really important as it can be just a skin irritation or it could go all the way to a sign of cancer in your lymph nodes. In that location, if it is cancer, it is better to find it sooner than later.

Good Luck!

I hope it is just a skin irritation!

Happy Holidays!
