Ive had several of those before. If it bothers you, apply heat to it and try and get rid of it like it was a pimple. Be careful to be sterile and clean because if it gets infected, it will hurt like hell. I have had bumps like that turn into abcesses that drained pus and blood, so be careful. If it doesnt bother you, just leave it alone.
it may just be a pimple. If it does not go away in 2 months, have it checked out - it may be a cyst. I had a cyst in my ear due to an ingrown hair and they had to surgically remove it - it was only about the size of a pea. It poses no threat to you - just an annoyance and you would have to wear an ear patch for a week. Good luck!
