Do i have a cold?!
Question: A few days ago I got a sore throat, and yesterday I got a stuffed nose as well. Thats all thats wrong with me though, I don't have a headache and my temp is 36.5-37.

You probably have a cold, but u should call ur doctor and tell them your symptoms because it could be something worse. U don't have to have a fever to be "sick." It could be that ur allergic to something. Hope you feel better soon though.
To help ur sore throat, drink fluids. Gatorade helps. Use cough drops, GARGLE with salt water, and get lots of rest.
Also, rinsing ur mouth out with mouthwash sometimes helps as do cold medications. BUT USE THE SALT WATER!!!!! IT REALLY CURES THE SORENESS IN UR THROAT!!!

Drink orange juice and take some cold meds. Also, a nice shower always helps!
You can take a decongestant to help with the stuffed nose and a lozenge to help with the sore throat. Honey and lemon also help with the sore throat. Feel better soon.
