I'm obviously no doctor, but based on your description and my own personal health issues, you need to see a doctor ASAP. I won't speculate on what this could be. Depending on your preference, see a neurologist or see your PCP first. But please have yourself checked out.
Merry Christmas!!

Do you have mono? If you have been to the doctors and they don't know, than maybe you need to eat better and get more sleep. Or maybe lay of the drugs or booze is thats the case.

Check for a gas leak at home or on the job.

hypoglcemia, or you are dehydrated...Whatever it is go see another Doctor and have them check your diet and blood sugar

check for tapeworm cysts in your brain. parasite infestations are the least thought of condition to look for by the medical world. look for them in the rest of your body also. google human parasites. it will blow your mind!

You could have something in your brain. You should definitely go to the doctor and get a CAT scan. Also, go to the optometrist. Could have something to do with your eyes. But I am not a doc so just go see a real one! Could be something totally different!

definitely neuro?
sounds like youre dehydrated too.
taking iron or calcuim supplements and/or a daily vitamin for your age would help with the weakness and tiredness some. as for the headaches you could have something serious...tumor,clot etc because of the twitching and shaking. try to get an MRI or CT to check that out.
Best of Luck.
