What causes the skin on a man's scrotum to...?!

Question: become dry and peel off? A friend of mine said this was happening to him.

This is a very serious question and I want serious, sincere answers. Cruel answers will be reported. Thank you, have a good day.

Could be a fungal problem. If he doesn't want to see the doctor then tell him to get some Canestan or Daktarin cream.

Good hygiene is essential and he must dry the area thoroughly after showering/bathing. Perhaps cutting out strong smelling soaps might help as well. Sea salt is a good bath additive for sore skin.

It sounds like a fungus though - this isn't serious, just annoying and sore.

If you go to the chemists and they only sell Daktarin for the feet then you can still use in on this area - my husband uses it on his groin sometimes. Don't let the fact that it's for feet put you off - it's still the same formulation.

sweating and constant movement can cause the skin to break down...nothing a little bit of powder can't fix...if thats not the case he needs to see his doctor.

i dont know that sounds disgusting though tell him to put lotion on it

problams he should definitly see a doctor about

I nkow you want serious answers....ok, that is seriously pretty gross.

sounds like a fungus problem (like athletes foot, but athlete balls). go to doc

Read my lips..dermatoligst deal with that...Best bet!! Most are very confidental if it is a form of VD.

I once knew a lorry driver with that same problem , perhaps caused by sitting long periods at work.
