Not Peeing after Dialysis?!

Question: My mother was just released from the hospital Monday after two weeks of Dialysis (6% kidney function)
Yesterday and Today, she is having trouble peeing..She has only pee'd a trickle and is monitoring her fluid intake...but she is nervious. In the hospital, she had no trouble peeing..
She is scheduled for Dialysis outpacient tomorrow...should we consider taking her back to the emergency room today...or can we wait to tell the doctor tomorrow?

Oliguria (decreased amount of urine) or anuria (no urine production) is commonly seen in people with kidney failure. As long as she does not have fever or pain, burning (signs of infection) she should be fine until her next dialysis. She should discuss this with her doctor.
Good luck!
